SHIPPING GUIDE

1. Obtain a quote.

2. Place order by phone, e-mail, online or fax.

3. Your vehicle will be scheduled for transport according to the shipment you provide.

4. Once a truck assigned to ship your vehicle, you will be contacted by MH AUTO TRANSPORT to schedule a pickup date and time.

5. The driver will contact you 24hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

6. Ready your vehicle for pickup:

· ¼ tank of gas if possible

· Disable alarm systems

· Removed antenna

· One set of key must provided

· No personal belongings except standard items. Main reasons:

1. By law prohibit the transport of household items in vehicle being transported.

2. Personal belonging that are inside the vehicle are not insured.

3. The transport truck will get as close to your place of residence as physically possible without compromising your vehicle and the cargo on the trailer or the driver will ask you to meet at the large parking lot such as grocery store or shopping center.  Due to:

· Many cities and towns have restriction on large truck and prohibit them from entering residential areas.

· Transport trucks are 75-80ft long and need room to maneuver.

· Low bridges

· Narrow streets

· Tight turns

· Hanging wires/branches/overhanging trees

· Steep hill

· Low clearance

8. The driver will perform a vehicle inspection on Bill-of-Lading.

9. The driver and you (or the person on your behalf releasing the vehicle), both sign the Bill-of-Lading.

10. One copy of Bill-of-Lading left at pickup (to you or to the person on your behalf).

11. Once your vehicle picked-up, you can call MH AUTO TRANSPORT 24/7 to track your vehicle.

12. Shipping time estimated are depends on traffic, weather condition and truck breakdown may delay a trip. Contact MH AUTO TRANSPORT 24/7 for assistance.

· Coast – Coast approx. 7-10 days

· South – North approx. 5-7 days

· Midwest – East approx. 5-7 days

· West – Midwest approx. 5-7 days

· Short Run — Approx. 2-3 days

13. MH AUTO TRANSPORT will contact you for updates.

14. The driver will contact you 24hours prior to the delivery time.

15. Refer No.7.

16. Check your vehicle thoroughly (Damage must be noted in the proper place on the Bill-of-Lading and notified MH AUTO TRANSPORT by phone 24 hours).

17. The driver and you (or the person on your behalf) receiving the vehicle, both sign the Bill-of-Lading.

18. One copy of Bill-of-Lading left at receiver (to you or the person on you behalf).

19. MH AUTO TRANSPORT will contact you.
